This place has really gone down hill. Bread had mold. Called to complain they they just laughed over the phone. Said they can replace it but i already live 30 mins away. Won't be back here. ~Isela

Store was so hot that the chocolate bars was melted. Felt like it was 90°. And having the hardees in there dosent help. The employees looked like they were gonna pass out from heat exaustion that store needs some help ~Brandon

Erin (Pharmacy Staff) has been as helpful as he could be. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had as an insured customer with a pharmacy. I feel terrible writing a negative review. But, I am in hopes it will help your employee's customer service. Not just timely but, by them having the knowledge of FL insurance regulations, inaccurate text notifications and insurance system communications. I suggest whomever responds to Google reviews whether at a corporate or local (East Palatka, FL location) to discuss this matter directly with Erin.
