Sometimes they get your order right but most times they forget to put all of your order in the bag. This store is hit and miss. We need a Arby's or a whataburger in this area

This is the second time we have visited and were told we don’t have any hamburgers or fries. Suppose to be remodeled and under new management. We will not return. Lazy staff that doesn’t want to cook. Drove 5 minutes to the other Burger King in Palatka and had no problem. They just don’t want to work in East Palatka.

I work 3rd shift. you are supposed to be open until 11 if not 12.. but 2 or 3 times a week i stop to get food between 10:40pm and 10:45pm. and i see all the workers outside behind restaurant talking and smoking. i pull up to order and I am told that you are closed. why can't i order any food? you are open until at least 11pm. Very lazy staff and closing early is ridiculous. only burger king that I know that refuses customers. when supposed to be open.

Please shut down. I Sat in line for 30 minutes to get to the window and was told they were not taking orders for 30 minutes!!! In a one lane no way out drive through. Poooor customer service and it is not about the food it is definitely about the consideration of one's time. AS a business how do you find it appropriate to have someone wait an hour for 1 cheese burger.

I was having the worst day and stopped in for my favorite "double cheeseburger" megan was in the drive thru and could just tell something was wrong she gave me such warm vibes and was so kind! I left in a better mood and outlook. And my cheeseburger was hot and delicious. Burger king saved the day!

Super nice drive thru attendent. I forget his name, Travis? Whatever it was I spoke of the manager to him and told him I would call her and let her know how I incredibly cheerful, pleasant, helpful and all around someone that made me smile on a rough day. People dealing with the public should take a lesson from this young man. Keep up the great work! The manager has turned this place around already!!

This place has really gone down hill. Bread had mold. Called to complain they they just laughed over the phone. Said they can replace it but i already live 30 mins away. Won't be back here.

This Burger King is really bad. Gave me some oily looking coffee with coffee grounds in it. Then got these pieces of chard tree bark that's supposed to be bacon. To top it off they also screwed up the order. First and last time eating here.

Gave order at screen. Order taker rude to start. Got to window and asked about adding nuggets since oder taker cut order short and told us to pull up. Was told bo add ons at window. Given drinks only 3/4 full. Asked for them to be topped off. Given attitude whole time. This is how our nag was handed. They threw fries in upside down. Very poor customer service! Will not be back. This was Sunday 9/6/2020 at 1045am.
