Literally the worst. I showed up early for an appointment and the girl Stephanie sitting at the desk did everything possible to avoid helping me. Too bad because I needed to get a mortgage loan and open a small business account. It’s beyond me how people can be so rude in service based businesses. How awful that Citi allows employees like this to be customer facing. To make matters worse, 2 guys walked in and were taken immediately while I still sat there waiting. Disgusting and super discriminatory. I had to go to another branch and do business because they would rather just have you sit there and wait all day. Makes no sense. Yuck. ~Tiffany
