Literally the worst. I showed up early for an appointment and the girl Stephanie sitting at the desk did everything possible to avoid helping me. Too bad because I needed to get a mortgage loan and open a small business account. It’s beyond me how people can be so rude in service based businesses. How awful that Citi allows employees like this to be customer facing. To make matters worse, 2 guys walked in and were taken immediately while I still sat there waiting. Disgusting and super discriminatory. I had to go to another branch and do business because they would rather just have you sit there and wait all day. Makes no sense. Yuck.

BAD SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH, EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING PAID FOR DOING NOTHING ALL DAY LONG, CITI BANK SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS WHY FOR MONTHS THEIR SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN. Not worth a 1 star, there system is always down when I come inside, something is messed up with Citi Bank at this location, this is nit the first time I’m banking at this location that I have to travel 2 miles down cause there system is down.

I’m not sure what going on with Citibanks, I’m not sure if they not paying them enough but I have 2 bad experience within two weeks two different banks, I been trying to add my 17 year old son to my account” high school account”the banker lady told me my son needs two types of identification, she said ID or driver license, I told her he have a learners permit n school ID she said she can’t use the learners permit He needs a license or a ID,I was so confused what the different between ID and a learner permit , he’s only 17, I just left I had enough with Citibank, I went to Chase, they were very nice and Professional.

This is the worst customer service ever. To open an account they can be super friendly but whenever you want to do anything else they are just useless. When I opened the account they didn't mention you need to make an appointment to speak with a representative. I went to the bank and whom I presumed to be the manager was not doing anything, he told me he could not help me make some changes on my account because I did not have an appointment. I didn't know when I could go back so I did not make it right there. After a week I tried to call the branch several times and no answer. After several attempts on different days I decided to call customer service. After 36 minutes on hold they answered to tell me they could not do it at the call center and needed to transfer me to a "special" phone number customer service has to connect me to the branch. After several minutes they just hang up on me. Now the only appointment I will make is to cancel my account.

How can a manager of this branch not know about echecks and not accept it even though they were issued by another Citibank branch? When I opened the business bank account I was told echecks by Deluxe were the only option but now certain branches elect not to accept it??

For all the hard working people who work hard and deserve to be able to walk into a bank and conduct business, and not be Judged & Discrimunated against by a branch manager. I would have given 0 stars. As an individual & a small business owner who owns a local dealership and a local automotive repair shop In the nearby fort lauderdale area, I find it especially appalling and disgusting that I would not receive the same kind of service as another client who enters the branch. I have filled a formal complaint against the branch manager Brian Y. with citi bank and I am currently awaiting a call back from the regional / district / area manager who is a over the head of local branch manager Brian Y. I walked in for a simple service an was basically scooted out the door and told to call the 888 # with no type of assistance given to me, and by all people the so called leader of the branch. My business requires that i service vehicles it often times means that My shirts and hands are dirty and not in a suit and tie attire, upon walking into the branch I was not greeted by the branch manager who sat in the head of the lobby, nor did he look up and even acknowledge my presence so I sat myself in the lobby and waited. Even upon getting up from his position at the head of the lobby and proceding to walk into the back room I was still not even looked at or acknowledged by Brian Y. until I stood to ask him for assistance. He quickly told me to go to the teller line which I did and then I was told by a teller that I still could not receive the service I needed I was passed back to Brian who now was sitting back at his position in the front of the branch I explained to him what it is I needed a simple tempory debit card I provided my up to date passport and a business credit card to prove Identification and waited. He simply told me he can't issue a card and proceeded to give no real apparent reason other than I have to call customer service and handle my situation with them there's nothing he could do. I expect better service especially from branch manager , I already spent my lunch driving to the bank then sitting waiting at the bank I found it very unacceptable for the BCM to turn away clients without seeking some sort of closure or resolution to the problem . As I attempted to dive deeper into why as a Citibank client an account holder with all the valid identification required I needed to get a debit card he could not issue me one he went on to explain to me that i have to go through telephone banking to get a debit card that inside the branch he's unable to issue one for my account. Now during this time period of me trying to get my problem resolved numerous other clients began to walk in the banking center and in the middle of speaking to me and talking to me tge BCM stops what he's doing with me as if I have no importance or my relationship with him in his bank is not good enough and proceeds to handle the questions & matters of someone else. I found that very unacceptable how rude of you in my face begin to talk to another client while I stand there and wait for resolution, BCM made it clear that he had no desire to assist me . ( I use term discrimination because of a comment Bryan the branch manager made to me in regards to the fact he said that Citibank only opens branches in locations where a caliber of clients reside)I received from & called customer service and I proceeded to find out why I could not receive a temporary debit card from the branch and they told me that there was absolutely no reason I couldn't have gotten one. The rep apologized a number of times and said that it matters not where my account was opened or how that I can get my services done at any citi branch. My complaint is against the discrimination the bank manager took in decided who to help and how. If u are a hard working person who gets dirt under their fingernails to support ur family this is not the bank or branch for u. This branch is also terribly rated on yelp and other forms across the internet now I understand why.

Bank Branch and 24hr ATM actually located behind the front of building, in backyard plaza. YOU HAVE TO GO AROUND THE CORNER TO FEDERAL HWY, TURN RIGHT AND THEN ANOTHER RIGHT TO GET THERE. JUST BEHIND THE BROWARD BLVD CITIBANK SIGNAGE, OTHERWISE YOU MISSED IT. DO NOT ENTER FROM BROWARD BLVD MAIN SECURITY ENTRANCE. LITTLE COMPLICATED FIRST TIME TO FIND IT. I WAS VISIT ATM AFTER BANK HOURS, IT WAS CLEANERS CAME INTO THIS AREA TO GET CLEANING, SO I WAS LITTLE BIT FELT SOMEONE WATCHING ME, BUT SINCE THIS WERE HOUSE CLEANERS, 2 SPANISH GUYS, and there were far away to see my transaction, at this point almost completed already. Time was around 7:30 pm. Branch hours varies, but weekdays stays open to 6 pm. LOCATED IN BROWARD FINANCIAL CENTER, WELL SECURED BUILDING AND AREA IS GENTRIFIED AS WELL AROUND, WITH NEVER CONDO TOWERS.
