Renting this storage space today was the most straight-forward and efficient process, thanks to the amazing service provided by Hector, that I have experienced compared to other facilities I have dealt with in the past. They will contract your job out to the worst moving company. R&M transportation is the company that did my move. The worst ever, broke my stuff and the owner was very unprofessional even told the movers to leave w my stuff bc I couldn’t get him the 600 balance I owed do to daily Zelle and ATM limits. Then threatened to leave my stuff in storage and make me pay 1400 on top of the 6800 I had to pay for the move. I had paid for a tractor trailer and a 26ft budget truck showed up. Do not use this company!! I am hoping BBB shuts this company down. ~Donna

These people are horrible. Over charged, damaged everything they touched, never returned phone calls, took 5 days to drive from Florida to east Texas. Tried to claim damages with there “ insurance “ We claimed a couple thousand dollars of damage ( it was much more). After being run around by the insurance company they only want to pay $75.00.
