They will contract your job out to the worst moving company. R&M transportation is the company that did my move. The worst ever, broke my stuff and the owner was very unprofessional even told the movers to leave w my stuff bc I couldn’t get him the 600 balance I owed do to daily Zelle and ATM limits. Then threatened to leave my stuff in storage and make me pay 1400 on top of the 6800 I had to pay for the move. I had paid for a tractor trailer and a 26ft budget truck showed up. Do not use this company!! I am hoping BBB shuts this company down.

This has been one of the worst experiences with a company. COMPLETE SCAM! The quote to price change 4 times throughout our process, demanding cash and wire payments. We made the terrible mistake of using them for a cross country move, it took us three weeks to receive our stuff, which employee "George" found to be funny, anytime we would call for an update he would threaten that he would delay the move longer, as we were annoying him. The truck broke down multiple times on it's way here leaving our stuff on the side of the road. At this point we had to file a police report where they investigated with the repair shop. When our stuff finally arrived the drivers asked for a $100 cash tip before unloading.. They then refused to unload until we tipped. We had over $1,900 in damages and missing items, as everything was literally thrown into a box truck. At times the crew had no idea which items were ours or not. This company is a shell and a fraud, I would not wish this company on my worst enemy! It will only be a matter of time until the BBB shuts them down for the scam that they are.

I had a very pleasant moving experience with Best Movers of America . They were easily reachable, flexible with the move date and time and arrived right on time as agreed. The movers were well-equipped and very seasoned in packing furniture and efficient in moving things fast. They were very nice and professional. The rate was the lowest I found among the moving companies. I will not spend anymore time looking for other movers next time I need to move.

Once I first decided to move to a new apartment, I did hours of research looking to find a good moving company. When I found Best Movers of America, I was so very happy to begin my move. They arrived on time with great customer service. They moved all of my things to my new apartment in perfect condition. They were kind and helped with even small things. I loved the customer service and ease of transaction with this company. I have recommended this company to all my friends who are moving and will certainly use them again. They are no doubt the best moving company available.

I used Best Movers of America based on online reviews and they exceeded my expectations. I've moved several times with other moving company's and hands down, these movers were the best. They were on time, very friendly, made sure everything was wrapped properly, super efficient and most of all, for the first time ever, nothing broke in the move. It only took about 3 hours and that included travel time. Great price too. Best moving company for a reason.

All I was expecting from Best Movers of America was to deliver my valuables without any damages caused to them. They not only did they do so but also they achieved much more than that. Their customer service seemed friendly enough to convince me. They quoted quite reasonably too. The moving team arrived on the moving day on the scheduled time .The movers worked very swiftly packing and loading every valuable of mine. My belongings arrived in great condition. I would definitely hire them again for future moves.

Best Movers of America is an amazing moving company. They took amazing care of my belongings when I hired them. They quoted low and no extra money was added to the final bill. Their movers were fantastic. They finished packing and loading everything within 3 hours. Even my third floor walkup couldn’t slow them down. They maintained their timing during both arrival and delivery. They delivered every item I own in perfect condition. It was a perfect move.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Be very very careful. They will get your stuff and take over a week to get to you. Once they have your stuff, they own you. I Was forced to wire cash to them in order for them to bring me my stuff. They had all of my Aunts medical supplies and we were told delivery Aug 3 but we didn't get our stuff until Aug 7th. When they finally arrived they insisted on $175 cash to bring the stuff up the steps. After I had already paid the step fee in the beginning. He started to pack up like they were leaving so I had to run to atm. My dining room table is DESTROYED as is my Chaise and master bedroom set. I have submitted a claim but I seriously doubt I will get anything from it. Was also told on the phone that if I didn't take down my negative review I wouldn't see my stuff. So I had to wait to post this until after this was over.
