Best watch repair service in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL) 2024

My husband always buys jewelry from this store and the pieces are unique. Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible. Had a couple of watches and a ring for repair and thought why not to take it to them; well, what a mistake. I had to go back and forth a few times as what I requested was not right.They called me the first time saying it was ready, I went paid and went home trusting all was ok, once at home realized none of what I requested was done. Went back they said they will fix. Received a call, the person that calls on the phone does not talk but yells instead (I think she is extremely rude). Gave me wrong information over the phone, hung up on me, etc. At this point I do not want anything done, I just would like my money back and will take my business somewhere else. Advised my husband not to buy from this store anymore. ~Ivette

I left a watch with him to fix. I paid a deposit of 250.00 dollars. I had a family emergency and had to leave the country for several months. I lost the piece of paper. They cannot find my watch or the paper work to show that it was there. He keeps telling to bring in the paper. I have traveled 20000 miles, stayed in 3 houses and 20+ hotels since I dropped the watch off. He has a copy of the paper work and my credit card receipt for the deposit. Yet, still he demands I bring him the paper. ~William
