Best beauty supply store in Hollywood, Florida (FL) 2024

First time coming to this Walgreens and was greeted upon entry by Sandra the Beauty Consultant. Given excellent customer service and had a good conversation about similar experiences as workers( I also work for Walgreens). 5 stars ~Justin

Walgreens supermarket, one of the oldest pharmaceutical, and shopping stores. This one falls short of its glory. This is a disgrace to the Walgreens company. Management is horrible, employees are super rude. This store needs upgrades. It seems like when you ask an employee to help you with something. The look and the feeling you get is, that you are bothering them. Attitude all over the store. They were so rude to my daughter and wife, and my grandmother 3 days ago. This store needs management skills, it needs to reevaluate its employees. We have been coming to Walgreens stores all of our lives. And have never had such a bad experience. This is a disgrace. This Walgreens is located in a beautiful area, right across the street from Young circle. With the spirit of fun joy and safe adventures lingers. To have a store that is run this way, in such a beautiful location it's a disgrace to the city of hollywood. Manage event skills are needed, we can't put all the blame on the employees. This place means a customer service class. I never thought I would be talking about Walgreens in this way. I've had nothing but fun memories, and great experiences. I hope this helps someone. ~David

When I walked into the store the owner appeared and gave me that "look" I greeted him and asked him if he had a product I needed he said yes and we went to the check out counter. I took out my method of payment and the payment was completed. From the time we made eye contact until I received my receipt, we talked and laughed. I was happy with my purchase and was on my way. I will return for more purchases in the near future. Don't take my word for it go see for yourself. 😃😁 ~Altamese
