Came in looking for various items. Needed to use the restrooms. Restroom access was locked so had to ask for help. Once inside the restroom I was disgusted. TP all over the floor. Trash cans hanging open, toilet seat falling off its hinges, sinks filthy. It looks like the restrooms haven't been cleaned in weeks. Will never return to this location.

I can never seem to get anyone to answer the phone. The staff is rude and after long holds of 30+ mins if not over I have got just hung up on time and time again. I don't like to write reviews as times and staffing are rough. But communication and kindness can go a long way in these times.

Worst Walgreens ever!!!! OMG only 1 person in the entire store. Since 1901 open, hard to believe how they still in business , some quality control needs to be done at this location, looks like a WILD WEST.

I live and work right across the way, I'm there pretty much every day and the employees are always nice, but today I came across an employee who was unknowledgable and EXTREMELY RUDE!! don't think she should be there!!!!! Not to mention she was just sitting around and was bothered that I even asked for something while the other person was doing all the work!!!

Absolutely loved the pharmacy services! The technicians moved a little slowly, but the pregnant pharmacist really helped me out by finding the most affordable option for my medication & I need that to live! She was super understanding, & really made me feel like I could come to her with any question! Definitely will be coming back to this Walgreens because it's so close to my home!

Walgreens supermarket, one of the oldest pharmaceutical, and shopping stores. This one falls short of its glory. This is a disgrace to the Walgreens company. Management is horrible, employees are super rude. This store needs upgrades. It seems like when you ask an employee to help you with something. The look and the feeling you get is, that you are bothering them. Attitude all over the store. They were so rude to my daughter and wife, and my grandmother 3 days ago. This store needs management skills, it needs to reevaluate its employees. We have been coming to Walgreens stores all of our lives. And have never had such a bad experience. This is a disgrace. This Walgreens is located in a beautiful area, right across the street from Young circle. With the spirit of fun joy and safe adventures lingers. To have a store that is run this way, in such a beautiful location it's a disgrace to the city of hollywood. Manage event skills are needed, we can't put all the blame on the employees. This place means a customer service class. I never thought I would be talking about Walgreens in this way. I've had nothing but fun memories, and great experiences. I hope this helps someone.

The worsed customer experience ! The pregnant pharmacist was the reason me and my family will stop using Walgreens from now on ! She and the manager on duty Ms. Raghunatg are two ignorant ladies who does not care about you as a customer ! These ladies should not have a job in such a big corporation ! They should learn how to treat customers ! I guess because staff shortage nationwide wallgreens is settling for cheap unqualified personnel like it he pregnant pharmacist who because of her moods is treating everyone like she ownes the city ! The manager was as ignorant as the pregnant pharmacist on duty !

Worst Pharmacy and Pharmacy manager on the planet. How dose one run a Pharmacy if they don't listen and lack empathy? Natalie R is the worst. She will deny you of your medication/needs with out thinking twice. Go to another location if the bare minimum of customer service means anything to you.

This drug store is ok. We want for shelf available products so can't talk for prescription services but what we needed was pretty easy to find.
