Had to go inside to pay and they overcharged me on top of that ~E

Slow, broken pumps. Took 12 minutes to pump 12 gallons, then auto shutoff didn’t work at the end and spilled some gas. Going to avoid in the future. ~Tyler

Good place for snacks,etc. Coffee could be better & for sure,fresher.Never know what you will find here.Staff is not the nicest,but I blame management for that.Trainig needed to show workers how to act. Hopefully next time,I can give more " stars." ~DeDe

The treatment and humiliation I just received at this location was uncalled for. I go in to pay for gas with a $10 bill I just received from the Speedway on Beach Blvd for turning in scratch offs and purchasing cigarettes for my mom an hour prior, this gentleman yelled out at me in a store full of people to never try him again cause the money was counterfeit. I informed him I just got that from another store and he rudely continued to cut me off and I had to let him know I have money so he could quit trying to talk down on me. I went to my car and came back to him and all the store customers talking about me. For 1- he got a free $10 off me because it wasn’t fake, and 2- being I have 7 yrs retail management his professionalism was way out of order and he wouldn’t have a job if he worked under me or of my coworkers. It shows the kind of ignorance BP employees and for my treatment I guarantee myself and my friends and family will no longer use your services. ~Monique

Wow I have not been here since 2019 and it looks horrible always dirty . It used to be my favorite store now it smell very bad and super dirty. The management has no customer skills the pumps are messed up I miss Faith working here she was a great person and kept that store very cleaned and she was so friendly I bet the owners really miss her . They can't find good workers now days Me and my Friends won't come back to this BP ~Rose

Wife bought a ticket from the lottery machine, $50 ticket, and it got stuck. She told the cashier and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Wife told her she either needs the ticket or the money back. Cashier then told her to leave. I called and the woman told me to call corporate. ~Scott

One star in order to be able to add a review. First and all this is a neighborhood mart and gas station.For neighborhood gas station that it's livelihood depends Solely on its neighbors. They should be ashamed of the price gaging on gas. Every other station has the gas for $4.24 and they are charging $4.58 as mentioned on an other person's review they are crooks. I have spent a dime in this place and never will. Don't throw your money away at this place, the gas is probably old also. ~Jesus

Your operating hours show 6am - 10pm but yet I just walked up there & no-one's there & it's well after 6am!!! Chevron should really consider removing their name from this establishment if the owner can't start providing good reliable service too the community that it's suppose too be serving!!! If the operating hours have changed then that info should be updated on the website/google because most people these days rely on that information so they know where they can go during certain times of the day and night which may be by cab service and already costing money to get too the establishments!!! Also there should be a local number listed for this establishment so people can verify that there's someone there and if they carry certain items in the establishment!!!
