6 Best coffee store in Jacksonville, Florida (FL) 2024

Good place for snacks,etc. Coffee could be better & for sure,fresher.Never know what you will find here.Staff is not the nicest,but I blame management for that.Trainig needed to show workers how to act. Hopefully next time,I can give more " stars." ~DeDe

Ms Anette is the best she is so nice so pleasant and gets it right everytime.. if everyone had a Ms Annette they would never hand a issue !!!! The greatest reps are at this circle k and they are wonderful!!!!! ~Jamie

I went in last night around 1 am to grab a snack and the cashier was as rude as the day is long. When you walk into a business as a customer you shouldn't be treated like you're bothering the person on the clock being paid by the company to take care of you!! I wasn't given everything I purchased and the number listed for the store doesn't work, they won't get my money again, they should think about the business they run off when there's much better stores close btly being run by much better people. ~Lovely

This franchise has allowed “immature, lazy and disrespectful” employees to run this establishment. Really poor example of professionalism. Staff needs replaced. ~Mathew

Closest gas station to my house and I hate coming here because they have horrible customer service. They’re always locking the doors during store hours. The pumps don’t always work. The cashiers are rude. I came inside to pay for gas there was only one register open, I was standing behind someone in line, when it was my turn I came up to the counter and said “hi ” but the man was too busy talking to the other cashier (who was sitting on the floor behind the register) he looked at me , and turned back to his co worker and continued his conversation as if I was inconveniently interrupting them. So I left and went to gate. ~Roslynn

The "assistant manager" is hands down the rudest worker EVER! The gal with super long hair and nails. She makes a habit of taking her break when customers walk in, makes you wait for her to be done as the line is 6-8 customers deep. This happens often! Today when she did this, she has the nerve to have attitude on top of it! Apparently if you have 4 items its not assumed or even asked if you'd like a bag. She's just a whole vibe that doesn't need to be in Customer Service let alone a manager of any kind! ~Lane
