Dirty store bathroom foor was wet and the smell of urine was unbelievable. Tola an employee about she didn't care I asked for the manager and she said I'm not cleaning it the manager can. But the manager never came out to talk to me the fountain drink area was disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went in last night around 1 am to grab a snack and the cashier was as rude as the day is long. When you walk into a business as a customer you shouldn't be treated like you're bothering the person on the clock being paid by the company to take care of you!! I wasn't given everything I purchased and the number listed for the store doesn't work, they won't get my money again, they should think about the business they run off when there's much better stores close btly being run by much better people.

Need to be consistent on hours! Went by this morning, employees out smoking but said they don't open till 5am, last week it was 4am! People depend on a place to be able to get gas when needed!

Supposed to be open 24 hours however you'll be lucky to see those hours 2/7 days of the week. Every other night there's some excuse as to why they are closed from 10:00 p.m. till 4:00 a.m. when they are open the employees are very nice and friendly. Typical gas station food quality but franchise has offers that are worth every penny such as Sip and Save. It would just be nice if they were open 24 hours a day every day and not just every other day because it's rather inconvenient when you have to travel an extra mile on a bike at 1:00 a.m. just to get a drink using their Sip and Save subscription you paid for!

I wish there was a button for no stars please I do not recommend no one to work here the manager is rude selfish and inconsiderate. Policy change everyday rules change everyday and she is very unprofessional. She doesn’t answer phone calls or text messages after 1pm. Your safety doesn’t matter to her all she cares about is her store and she doesn’t communicate properly. This was the worst experience working for a gas station. Restrooms are cut off to customers after a certain time. This is the worst circle k to work at

Participating stores listed in the area for Sip and Save membership. I went in to get my drinks filled with my own cups and the lady said No we dont do that here. Um yes you do. The store is listed as participating.

Great store pretty clean don't go there after dark or really late though there's always people there begging for drug money or beer money or kids trying to get you to buy them tobacco or alcohol so gas is good rest rooms were clean

Store 8496 is usually a good store, but this particular day 4/28/20 there was 3 employees working at 7:15 pm. There was a line of about 6 to 7 people while the gentleman behind the counter was trying to help the customers as fast as he could the other two female employees was not helping. One was outside talking to a lady about buying what looked like a phone purse. The other lady did come in & started to help the gentleman then left the register & customers to talk to the one that was outside about her purse & was checking it out. Unprofessional employees. Should never stand there talking & goofing off while customers are waiting to be helped. Plus some of the fountain drinks was out & needed to be changed.

I just left this circle k after waiting 20 mins in line just to watch the only cashier not even pick up her head when she had a line of 11 people. 3 people in which walked out. When the customer offered to be put aside the cashier told her to not worry about the line. This whole time she is trying to figure out lotto that the customer said she no longer wanted and the cashier spent an additional 10 mins doing nothing but staring at it But I think it is absolutely terrible service that the only person working doesnt "worry" about the line. Absolutely terrible!!!!! And this is Tuesday 2/26 @ 7:30 PM. When people stop at a gas station they intend to be in-and-out they don't intend to spend 25 minutes there

Stopped to get a couple things, the doors were locked? Super inconvenient as were seeing a movie and have specifically came to this gas station bc it's supposed to be open. Now we cant get what we needed before it starts bc of time. And the lady gave us the nastiest look I've ever seen. Never comin back bc I'm annoyed 👌
