Best cell phone store in Lakeland, Florida (FL) 2024

I want to truly recommend this T-Mobile store. I went in to upgrade 2 phones on our line and repair a phone. They were so quick and so friendly. We were helped by Jeanette, Laly and Mike. The manager on site Craig had to step in a few times just because I situation was a little unique due to the devices being upgraded. Even though we were not able to take home the phones on the spot, they really went above & beyond for us. We also got T-Mobile at home Internet which we now love. Truly such a pleasant experience. ~Rosalie
