Best middle eastern restaurant in Largo, Florida (FL) 2024

Cafe Sahara is a very clean and elegant restaurant with delicious food and atmosphere… it also has a wine tasting bar. The owner is Sue and she is the nicest hostess. We ordered 2 falafel platters to start, lamb dinner, 2 chicken dishes for our teens, Greek salad for myself, a bottle of wine and feasted. It was a very filling authentic Mediterranean meal for 4 in a cafe that was warm & charming. It felt as if we had a private room yesterday and all the food was prepared by a private chef. This is great for indoor dining coz it’s spaced out between the tables. There’s hand painted cards & baklava & pistachios in a birds nest desserts here. Dessert was decadent and we finished with 2 espressos and some take home desserts. We will be back & will bring family next visit. ~AlexTona
