Best sportswear store in Opa-locka, Florida (FL) 2024

Came into this location to pick up my “confirmed” reserved Jordan’s today & apparently the shoes are being hidden by the employees there. Natalie one of the workers there told me my shoes disappeared. How is something that is confirmed & reserved under your size and name with a pick up time…. get lost!? The staff is obviously hiding & reselling the shoes because they kept screaming that out loud. That’s not all this was around 6:48 the store closes at 7 customers were outside screaming why are the doors locked when the store closes at 7. Natalie the worker there screamed out because than it’s passed 7 and you’re in the store. Like what!?? I work retail & I’m a manager I would never allow any of these things to happen. Horrible service & I'm pretty upset I couldn’t pick up the shoes I wanted. I’m calling corporate & escalating this situation & I’m 1000% going to let them know how badly this store operates & how nasty their employees are. I swear If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bunch of thief’s & nasty people in this store do not come in here. ~Jonathan
