Came into this location to pick up my “confirmed” reserved Jordan’s today & apparently the shoes are being hidden by the employees there. Natalie one of the workers there told me my shoes disappeared. How is something that is confirmed & reserved under your size and name with a pick up time…. get lost!? The staff is obviously hiding & reselling the shoes because they kept screaming that out loud. That’s not all this was around 6:48 the store closes at 7 customers were outside screaming why are the doors locked when the store closes at 7. Natalie the worker there screamed out because than it’s passed 7 and you’re in the store. Like what!?? I work retail & I’m a manager I would never allow any of these things to happen. Horrible service & I'm pretty upset I couldn’t pick up the shoes I wanted. I’m calling corporate & escalating this situation & I’m 1000% going to let them know how badly this store operates & how nasty their employees are. I swear If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bunch of thief’s & nasty people in this store do not come in here.

I went to get an interview and The hiring manager didn’t give me a number to tell her I was going to be at least a little late when I got there she left me outside I was knocking she didn’t even get up … another person had to tell me the hiring manger didn’t want to interview me , I understand I was late but she could have least came out and told me she did not want the interview instead of having me wait outside the store .

Riding around Miami this morning taking care of business and saw this FootLocker tucked away in the corner. Pulled in and saw these. They been on sell for a minute but I finally found my size. Still waiting on my grail which is the same shoe model (327) but it's the Kawhi Leonard Jolly Rancher (size 15). Peace

They had me stand there for 10 mins to say the closed the register already Young girl with pony tail And glasses Manager with short dreads wouldn’t give me the common audacity to even come to window

Too much space and not enough good clothing. None of the items match any color sneaker sad I think this company is headed the wrong direction with fashion just cause it's new don't make it fly match some thing up better than you do just my opinion.

There were three employees. One girl and guy were in the back room and one young kid was at the counter so he was the only one that could help me. The two in the back came out and saw that there were customers and still went back there.There were also 3 other customers in the store that needed assistance. Plus the employee was on the phone with a girl flirting the whole time. All I needed was a hat and it took me 30 minutes due to the lack of help and attention by available employees. I was the last one who walked in so I was helped last. Place was also a mess. Never coming back.

as you know about me I am a good person but a heel type person not sneakers came here to get some sneakers for my son they have a good selection of sneakers will be coming back definitely to buy a couple pair before school starts back but I got the black and white Nikes and he loves them so that's cool long as he likes um and that's something he can rock with his clothes definitely buy him a couple more pairs
