Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Burlington is the best you'll ever find and the only one you should ever use. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, HONEST! They keep you updated on repairs and deliver on promises.. You leave them a wrecked auto and pick up one that looks like it just rolled off of a dealership's floor. Amazing work, simply amazing.

Update car is finished and looks really good, but there are some glitches with the windows operating and back up camera screen….the work is warranted for the life of the car and they said to bring the car back and they will check it out. To be continued

I understand there are supply chain issues but they want to keep your car for 4+ months while they wait for a back ordered part. The front desk girl laughed about them having quite a few customers like this. That makes no sense and I bet all of those customers are upset unless they have multiple vehicles. This can be handled better if they allow customers to preorder (pay for the part in advance) and then when the part arrives do the actual repair. They said this could be done so I sent them my parts list from insurance then they called back and said they wouldn’t do this.

I Never leave reviews....But, I am now. I went here because insurance requested them, Got an estimate for 7 business days, get a text saying new estimates date was 2 days later than originally said, cool! I understand things happen...now it's been almost a week from the original date to be done, after getting texts saying it was on track to be done on the 2nd estimate date, then, I get a text on the day it was supposed to he done saying it was in being assembled, Called today just to find out it still ain't been assembled, So, I know for a fact My Jeep has sat there 3 1/2 days with nothing being done, but, you jack the bill up $800 more dollars, guess you still charging storage fee while it sits there with nothing being done??? THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE!!! I wrecked my civic back in February and ever since then they have kept me updated on my vehicle every other day. The people that work there are nice and understanding and will go out of their way to help you in any way possible. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. While there were delays getting the parts needed for my car, every week I got an update about the status. Not only was everything fixed, I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Top notch repair shop.

Very clean place. The people are super attentive. And the collision repair team pay very close attention to detail. And im super particular in these matters when paint color or a slight wrinkle makes the difference between a good job and an excellent job. They do excellent work and have excellent service.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate which was quick, smooth and reasonably priced so I scheduled to have the job completed. Prior to drop off I was told that to would take three days to have the job completed. After 4 days I had heard nothing so I called. No one answered the phone (this became a frequent issue) so I left a message but never had a call back. I called back the next day and was asked to wait for a tech to return my call. Late that afternoon he called and said that there was more damage than expected and he needed the insurance contact info again. Two days go by and I’ve heard nothing so I call again multiple times until someone answered. Was told that my car would be ready the next day. Here we are two full weeks later (countless phone calls from me but never initiated by them) and I finally have my car; this took a phone call from me stating that I would be there at 3:30 to pick up my car in no uncertain terms and was told that my car was next in the wash so it would definitely be ready. When I arrived at 4 pm…. My car was “just going into the wash.” The work on my car is excellent, Jasmine who answers the phone is a gem with amazing patience for my zillion phone calls but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I understand that all businesses are short handed right now but some simple communication could have made this run much smoother. Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish I am so over the top impressed with the staff and workmanship!! Very informative from the initial estimate, to when parts were ordered, to estimated delivery of the completed work. They handled insurance, the rental car process, and always kept me informed! They also delivered the finished repair 4 days earlier than promised. My GTI looks perfect again!
