The customer service and updates on the progress was good. I took the car in to repair a scratch on the hood. I did not like that the car was not washed and fool of dust in the exterior. When I looked under the hood, the engine and the hood were very dusted. A air pressure or covering the engine would have helped to keep it clean. Service: Painting

The worse customer service ever. The people scheduling services are completely disinterested in helping. They cancel my appointment 4 days before it. Offered me a day 3 weeks later and after I say I was out of town at that time, they told me to find someone else. I asked if they had other dates and she again said you should find someone else. Unbelievable.

Unbelievable experience. Work was performed efficiently, quickly, and quality was 5star. The whole staff from ladies at the front desk, to Louis doing the rest, were beyond friendly. Whole process was easy and fast. Louis is amazing and kept me up to date daily on the progress. Parts arrived in 1 day, and work was done the next. I was not satisfied with the paint job on the hood. It was unprofessional. It looked as if a 3year old was playing in paint and just slapping it in one thick big bloop. You can still see where the paint was chipping and the big round blue circle underneath that glob of thick paint. It wasn't even spread evenly. It's just there. It's horrible. It look worse in that area than when I took it. It's very obvious. The other services I received was good. They did replace the front bumper and grill and that looks good. They did fix underneath the carriage the black stoppers looks good too. They also need to work on communication. Everything doesn't have to be on a website or text message. It's good to reach out to your customers by phone especially when they have other requests there paying out of pocket for. Don't wait until the last day when the customer calls your company to ask questions about their vehicle status. Then here comes the excuses. Thats not professional. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

This rating and comment is for laziness, lack of respect for customer’s time and money!! Here it goes: the promised date was moved 2 times and when I went to pickup they didn’t fix an evident issue. When I pointed it out, they said “oh we will fix it” and I was worried about me exceeding my rental limit before I pay out of pocket. I was “told” don’t worry about it and I informed them I have a trip coming up so may be hard to come back the same week. Next day to my surprise I learn, caliber won’t cover me for any excess days of rental even though they delay and not fixing the problem is their fault. I gassed up the rental as I was getting ready for trip (only supposed to return with 1/4 tank) thinking I don’t have to return the same week ad they Promised me to not worry about it! After so many angry phone calls and stressful conversations, they agreed to drop off the vehicle. I not only lost valuable time but also money in gassing up vehicle due to extremely poor communication and non chalant attitude. If you really worry about customer service, you will compensate me!! From car drop off to pickup, the entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend this shop for body work and care for your car. Throughout my entire experience I was kept in the loop at each step of the process via text messages (and phone calls). My car was repaired in a timely manner and was ready before expected. It was also much cleaner inside than when I dropped it off. UPDATE: 20 Feb 2022) I received a response from Caliber Collision asking me to email their inbox and provide them with my Case Number and email address. State Farm also received notification from Caliber Collision Branch Manager that Caliber was going to reimburse State Farm for my rental period and also reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses from Rental Agreement. TO DATE, State Farm or I, have NOT RECEIVED any form of repayment or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of ERROR. ** I postponed writing this review for 48 hours to ensure that my review was based upon facts and devoid of emotions. The basis behind this POOR REVIEW was based solely upon PROCRASTINATION and a clear LACK OF COMMUNICATION. Timeline: 18 Nov 2021 -- Accident Occurred (Door Ding) See Photo 22 Nov 2021 -- Reported to Insurance (State Farm) 20 Dec 2021 -- Vehicle dropped off at Caliber Collision South End, accepted by Service Tech (Tiffany) Written estimate normally sent to insurance 2-3 days after acceptance 27 Dec 2021 -- Caliber submitted initial estimate to State Farm 30 Dec 2021 -- State Farm contacted Caliber (Tiffany) and was advised that the supplemental Report (Additional Damages) would be submitted Close of Business 06 Jan 2022 -- Supplemental Report Never Submitted 07 Jan 2022 -- State Farm attempted to contact Caliber (Tiffany), left message, no response received 12 Jan 2022 -- Supplemental Report still never received 01 Feb 2022 -- State Farm attempted contact with Caliber 3X. Finally spoke to Tiffany and was told that Caliber Collision would not be able to repair vehicle and must be towed to a "Non-Drivable" Repair Location. This non-drivable location would be submitting the supplemental estimate once received from Caliber 02 Feb 2022 -- State Farm offered to Tow to Non-Drivable Location, Offer denied. 03 Feb 2022 -- Spoke with Caliber (Tiffany) where she admitted that during the entire period Caliber had vehicle, ONLY ONE PART WAS REMOVED, PHOTOGRAPHED AND REPLACED. State Farm and Customer (me) asked to speak to someone concerning this problem and was told that "Nathan, Regional Manager" has been alerted and would call customer back. We asked for his number and was told that it was against company policy to give his number to customers. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM CALIBER. We (State Farm and Customer) to Office Manager (Alan) and were told that our request for rental car reimbursement of $1700 was beyond his authority and only "Nathan" would be able to approve. During this entire period, AT NO TIME, was I ever contacted to tell me that Caliber (South End) would not be able to repair and vehicle needed to be towed to "Non-Drivable" Location. I continued to rent car due to LACK OF COMMUNICATION when I could have picked up vehicle and driven to new repair location, THUS minimizing out of pocket expenses. I find it INCOMPREHENSIBLE how the Store Manager can accept responsibility for LACK OF COMMUNICATION, but NOT approve a reimbursement of Rental Costs from their admitted PROCRASTINATION. MY TAKE AWAY: Use Caliber Collision is you have multiple vehicles at your disposal, unlimited income to pay months of rental fees, and ONLY IF You have the PATIENCE of a SAINT. I look forward to receiving a call from "Nathan."
