Tried moving our goods from another facility to this one as part of a military move. Extremely rude to my wife on the phone and completely unhelpful, REFUSED to work with us on a move which had to be scheduled weeks in advance. A simple "sorry, we don't know when a space will be available" would have sufficed. Might not beat them on price but with customer service like this I'll take my business elsewhere.

A last minute decision to rent a truck to move our tables, chairs and tents for a fundraiser could have been hectic. Josh Hawks put my mind at ease and set me up with the most convenient time frame and size of vehicle for my needs. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received at U-STOR-IT. It really pays to support our locally owned small businesses!
