Im rating a 3 because i was charged incorrectly, twice. Both times i went I enjoyed my visit. Ladies are nice and my nails looked amazing. I dont mind paying for good work, but the charge for the same service was different. I wont be back if it isnt consistent. Ill keep looking..

My nails have only lasted 5 days and have broken. It costed $80-90 with tip and is the most I’ve ever spent on short French nails. The price changes every time I go in there and the quality doesn’t last for the price. I just can’t justify the price for the quality. Service: Acrylic nails

My mom and I went to get a pedicure and manicure. We got the 3rd cheapest pedicure, it lasted 20 minutes with no even hot water. They hurt my mom finger and it bleed for a bit, they couldn’t care less and right a way gave her some nail polish that started burning. No hand massage, no hot towel, no the especial cream we paid for. No coming back here, very disappointed. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I have to say that my very first experience was nerve-wrecking as a male member of the LGBTQIA+ community, not knowing what sort of reaction I'd receive when asking to have acrylic nails put on but they were so welcoming, educational and reassuring. My friend and I went there to get out nails done and it was fine but they do not communicate very well. For one they are wearing mask and for 2 the price sheet is very vague, so misleading. My friend had been there before but it was my first time.(And I had not gotten my nails done in probably 4-5 years) I had told them that and still felt mislead, as did my friend. When questioned they said “We used to tell people when something was an up charge, but people would get offended like we were saying that they couldn’t afford our services.” That to me feels absurd, make a clear pricing sheet so there is no questions! I won’t be back not because I can’t afford it but because I don’t like surprises. It felt like this place is vague on purpose, so they can talk you into higher prices subtly which I think is a bad business practice. Response to the owner who had the wrong client in mind - I got 1 color so I do think prices could be more clear and transparent but then again YOU were very insulting in your presumptions and response. I did not mention that I am disappointed in the inconsistency of the appearance of my nails, and there is no way they will look nice by the end of this week, or the fact you guys did a very poor job with my daughter and made her feel very unimportant! So I have dropped the stars down to a one! That response was just as misleading as your price sheet. It could be laid out in a way that is not insulting to your clientele or a surprise for people excited to treat themselves! But who would be surprised because you don’t even confirm who the client was before telling them they were wrong in their experience. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Kry helped me and was very nice. She did my pedicure and gel polish change. The place was clean and everyone was quick and friendly. My concern was around pricing consistency. I feel like i was over charged. A basic pedicure was on the sheet as $30 and gel polish change was $28. Should have been $58, however when I got to the counter, it rang up as $68. Apparently the pedicure “starts at” $35 and there was a $5 charge to remove my old gel polish. If I paid to CHANGE the polish, why would there be an additional charge to remove the old polish? If that’s the case, they should just say that getting gel polish is $28. I also don’t appreciate the $5 up charge for the pedicure either for no apparent reason. Once again, the sheets should be updated to reflect changes in prices. Overall, really nice people and clean salon, I probably won’t return though.

My husband has ingrown toenails, so when I called to make our appointment, I asked if they had anyone who could work on ingrown toenails. They assured me that they would have a technician work on his ingrown toenails that was experienced. At the appointment, the technician assigned to my husband yanked the entire cuticle off around his toenail. We are probably going to have to go to a podiatrist in order to get some relief from the damage that was done. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN and would recommend you stay far away as well. 2 visits to this salon. Disappointed, poor quality, you can tell they are in a hurry to get your money and that’s all. Another aspect I have noticed on both trips, employees speak with each other in their native language in front of the customer which I find extremely rude and unprofessional. My pedicure looked decent, but manicure was not what I expected. To be honest I can do a better myself in cutting cuticles. My last visit at this salon. Service: Manicure
