Well let me say I was first impressed by a gentleman named Ben from the downtown Nashville location when after holding for quite some time and even after he figured out that I needed a different store he continued his excellent customer service skills and presold my Penske truck with ease and confidence. Within 20 minutes I was in the correct store with my truck rental keys in hand and greeted with another skilled kind and knowledgeable employee named Heather. I truly appreciate how I was treated by the both of them and I highly recommend if you are in any need of these services to look no further. Worth every penny ~Jamie

My friend and I went there to get out nails done and it was fine but they do not communicate very well. For one they are wearing mask and for 2 the price sheet is very vague, so misleading. My friend had been there before but it was my first time.(And I had not gotten my nails done in probably 4-5 years) I had told them that and still felt mislead, as did my friend. When questioned they said “We used to tell people when something was an up charge, but people would get offended like we were saying that they couldn’t afford our services.” That to me feels absurd, make a clear pricing sheet so there is no questions! I won’t be back not because I can’t afford it but because I don’t like surprises. It felt like this place is vague on purpose, so they can talk you into higher prices subtly which I think is a bad business practice. Response to the owner who had the wrong client in mind - I got 1 color so I do think prices could be more clear and transparent but then again YOU were very insulting in your presumptions and response. I did not mention that I am disappointed in the inconsistency of the appearance of my nails, and there is no way they will look nice by the end of this week, or the fact you guys did a very poor job with my daughter and made her feel very unimportant! So I have dropped the stars down to a one! That response was just as misleading as your price sheet. It could be laid out in a way that is not insulting to your clientele or a surprise for people excited to treat themselves! But who would be surprised because you don’t even confirm who the client was before telling them they were wrong in their experience. Services: Manicure, Pedicure ~Jenn

A last minute decision to rent a truck to move our tables, chairs and tents for a fundraiser could have been hectic. Josh Hawks put my mind at ease and set me up with the most convenient time frame and size of vehicle for my needs. I truly appreciate the customer service I have received at U-STOR-IT.
