Great customer service. The store was clean. My only complaint was a lack of stock. They're were so many items not available.

Went in with the intent to purchase a bottle of cologne , a bottle of perfume and some eye makeup products. They had the whole section of fragrances blocked off by a cart so looking at them was out of the question. Soon after walking In the doors , an older lady approaches me and tells me if I'm shopping in there I MUST wear a mask. The sign on the door at jcpennys specifically says masks encouraged. It does not say required! How am I supposed to smell cologne if you are forcing me to put on your complimentary bargain mask 😷 which specifically states on the box DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST CORONAVIRUS!?!? It's not. Its just to be a compliant sheep. You would rather lose several hundred dollars in business because you are trying to force someone to wear a flimsy mask that is literally not doing any good. Not only that I ordered a gift card from sephora and it took me over a month to receive it! I will not be patronizing any sephora ever again.

Came to get some Clinique eyeliner for my wife and could find nothing with that name. The 2 women "working" the area would rather just idly chat than help the lost husband who obviously doesn't know his way around the area. Spent at least 5 minutes in the area looking around with no one to help and ladies kept lining up at the register. What a waste of time.

Don't like the fact that JcPenny Sephora's have a more limited makeup supply. I can never purchase the Dior's Airflash among many other brands.

This is where I always go to get my makeup & the staff is always so friendly yet not overbearing like some other locations. My only complaint is they don't carry the Boscia charcoal peel off mask which is one of my favorites. Overall, this place is great :)

The staff have will smile and have their make up done beautifully, but I've never been asked if I needed help. I've been there many times and use my Beauty Insider. I have literally walked in a giant circle around the store multiple times and no-one helps me. They other customers. Im not that ugly where my cause is lost. My last visit put me over the edge. They would not accept my gift card because they were transitioning to a new system and I lost out put on my Play points. I had also spent a good hour in there and if a staff had acknowledged me, less time could have been wasted..... Staff will smile but just kinda stuck up... As expected being a make up store but Rivergate JCP are more friendly as well as Brentwood.
