Everybody here was polite and helpful, and they worked quickly. They weren't pushy trying to sell me anything either, which was nice as I was only in for a small service (tires checked/inflated) on a longer road trip. Would recommend! ~Laura

Discovered this place two years ago, I had spent the previous three years trying different shops and mechanics since moving to the area but there was no discernible difference. Happy I found this place. They have worked on my truck and my BMW several times over the past couple of years and have always been informative, educational, and responsive. I needed new tires on my vehicle, so my husband ordered them online and set up an appointment for me to get them put on. I was early for my appointment and they were super busy, but they were able to get to my vehicle on time and it didn't take long at all! There was a waiting room with a tv, which was nice! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and courteous! ~N

Purchasing a car from Crenshaw is easy. Getting regular oil changes, regular maintenance on my brand new car is impossible! I just called to have an appointment this week for my oil change and I was told I had to wait till March 10 which is a month away! What good are free oil changes when you can’t get in to have it done for a month? I suddenly have to go out of town and need an oil change this week! Suppose I’ll have to go elsewhere which really aggravates me. This will be the last Hyundai I buy from Crenshaw‼️ Update-Sport Durst Hyundai in Durham gave me an appointment for 2/14/22!! Not all people know that you should present your discount coupon before service, didnt do so because your pricing menu had the same price as the coupon. So you had to retype a ticket. How about appreciating a first time customer. ~David

THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE!!! I wrecked my civic back in February and ever since then they have kept me updated on my vehicle every other day.
