Fortunately for me Billy at the Tire Center was super helpful and not only found my tire size but had them mounted even though it was close to closing. I ranked 4 stars because I had to take it back to adjust my tire pressure and alignment, which was somewhat inconvenient. JW was awesome to work with and I got everything worked out!

Left dirt all in my floor on driver side. I'm like really, man have you guys heard of paper floor mats. You had to see how clean my vehicle was. Passenger window won't go up or down , it worked before I took it there. I have to much going on to even worry about it. It's so so sad, the world that we live in. Everyone is for themselves.

Well, unfortunately the service got increasingly worse. Initially when I went here the service was good and it was highly recommended by a co-worker. I had my radiator replaced which was fine, my car had overheated and was leaking. Except less than a month later my car was overheating and leaking again. So I contacted them as they were the one who had done the initial repairs. I brought it in and they could not find any issue. They told me that my car was not overheating that it was just a computer issue with the overheating signal in my car. They advised me to IGNORE the warning light in my car and continue to drive as if nothing was wrong. Obviously they were wrong about my car. (They didn't charge me for this second inspection but I would have preferred if the suggested another mechanic / say they didn't know rather than advising me to continue to drive it.) The car couldn't go 5 miles down the road without overheating with steam, leaking and the works. I had to miss work and rent a car costing me more money, while I stupidly took it back to them. They said they would try some "experimental" fixes and I told them no, I didn't want to pour more money into the car. They didn't give me an estimate we just talked about how I didn't want the repairs as they still didn't know what was wrong. They said ok and they would call me when I could pick up my car (the mechanic was looking at it at that moment). Two days later I called them because I hadn't heard back and no way would it take two days to get my car out of their garage. That's when they informed me I owed them $200 for fixing my car FOR REPAIRS I DID NOT CONSENT TO (and wasn't even given an estimate for). I told them no, I didn't consent and they grabbed the guy I initially talked with and he was gaslighting me on the phone saying I said things I 100% did NOT say or consent to. Of course, I paid and picked up my car but I will not be going back. Makes me sick. I wonder if the would have treated me like this if I was a man. I’ve always taken our family truck there to get tires and always been exceptional, but today I brought my truck at 7:35 to get my 4 tires and alignment done but instead of 1 hour to hour and a half it became more than 3 hours and then was told a tire rod was bad so I told them to fix it and said 45 to 1 hours max well 1 hour and 30 minutes later done. So my whole morning went waiting for my truck for 5 hours. I understand if you’re short staffed or have a lot of work to be done but I could have at least been told it would take a lot longer ahead of time.

My wife went up there this morning bc she had a alignment done about a month ago and they didn’t do the alignment correctly at all also they told her she hadn’t been there since 2010 witch is completely wrong so something in there system is messed up but they told her to come back at 3 or shortly after today and they would be able to look at it then bc they wouldn’t be busy not to mention we live in liberty NC and she drove there 2 times today from liberty and the second time they told her they couldn’t look at it today they “didn’t have time” well they shouldn’t have told her to come back up there after 3 to get it looked at. It was pointless for her to even go there. It’s not recommended and we will not be back!! PS this is not the only problems I’ve had there one time I got my oil changed and the sob forgot to put my oil cap back on and I realized it when I got home! Very low quality workers were gonna make sure to stay away from that place!! Good luck to all of you that go there I wish you the best of luck

First time I've went to Tire Center today. I had a leak in one of my tires. They repaired it quickly and even replaced my turning signal bulb. Staff was very friendly and service was great. Will definitely be back.

Not all people know that you should present your discount coupon before service, didnt do so because your pricing menu had the same price as the coupon. So you had to retype a ticket. How about appreciating a first time customer.

Not all people know that you should present your discount coupon before service, didnt do so because your pricing menu had the same price as the coupon. So you had to retype a ticket. How about appreciating a first time customer.
