Discovered this place two years ago, I had spent the previous three years trying different shops and mechanics since moving to the area but there was no discernible difference. Happy I found this place. They have worked on my truck and my BMW several times over the past couple of years and have always been informative, educational, and responsive. I needed new tires on my vehicle, so my husband ordered them online and set up an appointment for me to get them put on. I was early for my appointment and they were super busy, but they were able to get to my vehicle on time and it didn't take long at all! There was a waiting room with a tv, which was nice! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and courteous! ~N

Not all people know that you should present your discount coupon before service, didnt do so because your pricing menu had the same price as the coupon. So you had to retype a ticket. How about appreciating a first time customer. ~David
