Dr. Linda John-Finn was fantastic, however I've been waiting weeks for the office to send my medical records to my new optometrist office since I've moved. I have called 6 times with the information needed to fax over my visit notes and nothing has been done. I understand the busy work environment of a medical office, but this simple task is greatly affecting a client's life. This is unacceptable! ~Noelia
