I came to Wells Fargo to notarize a document. I arrived at 4:15 PM and waited in the line. No one acknowledged my presence until 4:55PM. At 4:55 PM another customer came in and went straight to the banker. When I approached the banker, she said that she is leaving in 5 min and she not going to help me. Then I asked for the manager on duty. A lady showed up behind a tailer glass and asked for a couple minutes. Then, another banker, Oshane James, came to me and said that they do not have a public notary at the moment. Oshane James didn't know that I use to come to that branch for years and know exactly who the public notary is, even by name. This is the perfect example how Wells Fargo value customers. They didn't care for customer, and made customer wait until the end of the work day. Instead of helping a customer out with his needs they decided to LIE and KICK A CUSTOMER OUT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIERS, ESPECIALLY DO NOT TRUST THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! ~Alex
