Always a very pleasant experience at this location! I avoid the Wesley Chapel store that’s near my home and make the drive to this location for the excellent service. Gage was more than patient in helping me find the perfect pair of boots and Anthony was very knowledgeable when it came to shaping my new hat. I haven’t been to a jeweler since relocating almost 12 years ago. After losing a substantial amount of weight I needed to get my wedding ring resized. I didn’t want to trust it to just anyone and was skeptical of the rave reviews I read. I took a chance and now I won’t go anywhere else!! Not only did they have it done the same day, the quality of the work was impeccable!!!! I came find any signs of work being done!!!! They also cleaned my wife’s wedding ring and they both look absolutely spectacular!!!! I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!!! ~Cully

Was a good store, the more Florida version of Hobby Lobby without the art section. Huge store. Didn’t check out the bathrooms. Wasn’t very busy, had some cute stuff. They do custom picture frames here. Big area, much to see. Outdoor area is cute, unfortunately was unable to shop there due to rain. Our ‘valet’ lady was nice. At the check out the employee talked more to the others than us, which was annoying. ~Jayda

Same wonderful customer service here as the one across town! Well staffed with courteous, helpful employees and guess what? You'll never ring up or bag your own groceries! They even offer to carry them out! ~Pam

So every Circle K in Florida sells boiled peanuts for about $3.50 or so. We went into the store and decided to get us some boiled peanuts out of the crockpot. Right above the crockpot it was displayed for $3.50. So we go to check out and the lady rang them up at $4:99 and I asked why she did that and her response was “oh, they musta forgot to change the sign or something” so we gave them back cause that’s outrageous for a cup of peanuts. I feel whoever took this store over is scamming people on purpose and over charging at the register on what they have it displayed as. I advise to pay attention when your getting ringed up cause they are charging whatever they want instead of what they have things displayed as. Just be aware! We heard about this place on the news and decided it would be worth the 30 minutes drive to check it out. They have so much stuff I can't begin to list. It's like a museum and the prices are very fair. The store is very big and takes some time to look at everything. I took a lot of pictures to give you an idea at what you'll see. ~Tim

I started off down the road at another auto parts store. I waited for about 20 minutes before any acknowledged I was there. I needed a new battery. A guy took all of my info and then told me he wouldn’t install it and told me to go to a mechanic. I’m already paying $240 for a new battery. You would think the least they could do is install it. So, I drove down the street to Advance Auto Parts. Within seconds I was helped at the front desk, bought the battery and had it installed. This will be my go to parts store from now on. Great customer service. ~Matt

Not terrible. But why do they take my ID and check needing to be Cashed, and then work on 3 other people's things needing to be done at the same time as mine? Like how is that quicker customer service? It isnt. It's annoying. That isn't good customer service. If they need to answer the phone then answer it and put it on hold. Take care of the people in person first. ~Crystal
