Best moving and storage service in Pompano Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

My husband and I recently moved to Florida full-time. We selected this Life Storage location based on their positive reviews. We weren't disappointed. The Manager, Mark Dodds, provides OUTSTANDING customer service. He goes above and beyond to assist his customers - whether on the phone or in person. When we realized that the unit we chose was too small, he helped us find a unit better suited to our needs. During the move, our 3 clothes wardrobes were completely destroyed. Mark didn't just sell us 3 new wardrobes. He actually came to our unit with us, set up all 3 wardrobes for us, and then removed the damaged boxes. He certainly made a difficult situation easier. Mark is extremely helpful and dedicated, and makes you feel that he values your business. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Life Storage location. Thank you Mark!! ~Mindy

This company is a rip off and scams their customers. Run while you can. They steal customers items, money, damage items and lie. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This company also discriminates against "certain people". Poor quality, unresponsive, unprofessional, overall poor service. ~Samantha

I need to let others know about this local company, because they are THE BEST! I shopped around to the other "pod" like companies and either they could not accomodate my needs or didnt service the areas i needed moving to. Bobby and My Stack Box not only were cheaper then the competition, they are local AND were able to accommodate the move, storage and constant back and forth with the changing closing date of my house. They were professional, responsive and accommodating the how way through from start to finish. Honestly they were the least stressful part of the whole home buying process. CHEERS!
