My husband and I recently moved to Florida full-time. We selected this Life Storage location based on their positive reviews. We weren't disappointed. The Manager, Mark Dodds, provides OUTSTANDING customer service. He goes above and beyond to assist his customers - whether on the phone or in person. When we realized that the unit we chose was too small, he helped us find a unit better suited to our needs. During the move, our 3 clothes wardrobes were completely destroyed. Mark didn't just sell us 3 new wardrobes. He actually came to our unit with us, set up all 3 wardrobes for us, and then removed the damaged boxes. He certainly made a difficult situation easier. Mark is extremely helpful and dedicated, and makes you feel that he values your business. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Life Storage location. Thank you Mark!!

My experience at life storage was outstanding. The new manager in training (I didn’t get to catch his name) was very polite and was able to deal with issue efficiently. And of course Mark was very polite as well but he always is. I would definitely recommend this life storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

***Update*** from 1 star to 4 Mark the manager made up for it Thank you Mark! I hate to be this person but my experience was not good AT ALL! I reserved a unit until Thursday end of day, went to sign for it and the lady behind the desk said, "sorry but we gave it away". Excuse me! It was RESERVED for ME! I called to speak to a manager - I was told a supervisor will be calling me back within 24 hrs ---> 4 days later I have YET to hear from anyone! So sad to treat people this way
