I chose this store b/c of the high reviews. They were not wrong! I brought in a necklace to be repaired. It was small but has great sentimental value. I worked with the owner, Sam. He is professional, courteous & compassionate. His prices are very reasonable too. I was so pleased with the customer service & prices that I bought myself a gift before leaving.
