Not even at that jewelry direct store or the other one that's on tv trying to rip people off. This place is legit. They have a jeweler on site. Sam (owner) is a wonderful man. Go see them, you will be delighted you did!!!

My bracelet broke about 3 days ago. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, looking for a repair and Sam the owner gave me the best service I could ask for. I got it back same day and it looked as new as the day I got it. He was so nice and so was everyone I spoke to on the phone. He is professional, courteous & compassionate. His prices are very reasonable too. I was so pleased with the customer service & prices that I bought myself a gift before leaving. I had them work on my Seiko Aviator watch. I needed a new battery, band, and crystal. When I got my watch back, the stop watch feature on watch no longer worked. Also, the crystal was not the same as the one it had. No magnifier on the date. I did not take the watch back. In the past, I had a similar issue with another local jeweler and another Seiko watch. They totally broke my watch. At least now, my watch works, just the stop watch is broke. I do not recommend this jeweler for watch repairs. A misnomer in this business's name?

She gifted me them a while back and I wore the heck out of them, to the point that the front broke off from the posts. Making them unwearable. :( From the first time I walked in the door - SZT (initials as I cannot remember her name) & a young man training, helped me out and they were awesome!! Then I worked with Sam (the owner) on a quote. He was very nice and even texted me about the quote when I told him I was having phone troubles. And then came some car troubles, so I couldn’t pick them up right away. He ended up fixing & gifting them to me because he said he felt bad, and how we all go through stuff and sometimes need a little help. He did this with no profit to himself. Such a sweet man, what he did is something that he doesn’t realize means so much to me. Definitely go here for your jewelry needs!!! Sorry about the ramble, had to give the whole story!
