Best financial institution in Sarasota, Florida (FL) 2024

When my wallet (with everything important, including my bank card) was stolen, I knew this branch (Glengary Shoppes) makes new cards for customers. At first, they wouldn't make a new card for me. I was waiting for my new "expedited" card in the mail, which was taking longer than promised. In the meantime, I had to drive 20 minutes to the first branch at Tuttle & University Parkway. There, I got help & support from the wonderful manager of the Tuttle branch who found a way to verify my identity so I could get my card made at theGlengary branch. I called & told them I'd visit them for a newly made card. Adam helped me when I arrived, & Kevin answered my questions. Without any problems, he made my new card & answered more questions. I was very pleased with his help producing my new card. I gave them 4 stars only because they could've made me a new card in the first beginning. But I'm SO HAPPY with having a new card! No more long trips! ~KimGB
