Northwest is a terrific company that handles the cars that are given with care as if they are their own. I can't say enough about how my car was treated and repair. Shoutout to Jack and his team for being so fast and responsive to me. This was the first crash I had to deal with on my own, they help me understand every step of the way and created a easy environment to help me through the process. Jack with fight for you when it comes to providing the best care for your car with insurances. They took incredible care of my model 3 and make it look like I was picking this up at the dealership again with how good it looked.
