Northwest is a terrific company that handles the cars that are given with care as if they are their own. I can't say enough about how my car was treated and repair. Shoutout to Jack and his team for being so fast and responsive to me. This was the first crash I had to deal with on my own, they help me understand every step of the way and created a easy environment to help me through the process. They took incredible care of my model 3 and make it look like I was picking this up at the dealership again with how good it looked.
