We used the services of Envios America in May 2016. Their Service Dpt. Claudia and Clara were excellent; they provided all the information we needed to send a box of 29 lbs. to Medellin Colombia. The rates es reasonable and the transportation was only 4 days. We brought a box on Monday and by Friday it was delivered at home. I do recommend this company. I will use them again. I was traveling from another state and mistakenly left my ATM card back home and didn't know the pins for my credit cards. I needed cash for tolls and parking so I was forced to send a Western Union transfer to myself. This place is not a normal Western Union, it's one of those places that prey's on low income people and pay day loans. They told me I couldn't get the mere $100 that I sent to myself without filling out a membership form, which no doubt they will share my information with solicitors looking to prey upon me. The attitudes from the workers carried that, "I am better than you" persona. Most likely eminating from dealing with low income people. My advice would be is to stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere. ~Joe

This lender is absolutely horrendous. Never returned one phone call, not one, only would send emails....even though I specifically asked them too... AFTER I had "final approval" they kept asking for more and more documents that were never discussed, outside of a given list of required documents....incomplete apparently, where I actually incurred cost. As they kept moving the goal posts, my fear of losing the deal with the seller had me abandon this company in favor of my own financial institution...I had to pay a higher rate, but they did what these clowns didn't do in weeks, in a matter of an afternoon. Horrible service which warranted me contacting AOPA on my and other members behalves. The seller, also an AOPA member wrote a letter as well. If anyone ever asks me about my opinion of this company I would tell them I wish I had more thumbs to point in the "down" direction. ~Kevin
