John Iacono went above and beyond to resolve a fraud issue that I’ve been dealing with for weeks. He is a great guy and reestablished my faith in TD Bank and has created a lifelong TD Bank customer. ~Brian

Worst bank, went here for a money order with an account that Ive had for 8 years and they were very questionable and were like triple examining my ID. The young man behind the counter keep gleaming at my ID like my account wasnt mine. I believe he was racial profiling , just because I have a lot of money he was like shocked, either way this location is terrible and they are racist ! DISGUSTING ~Nina

My business is a client of First Citrus, Carrollwood branch. First Citrus has brought the customer service back to banking. They are responsive and banking with them is easy and hassle-free, unlike with larger banks. With larger banks, I find that it can be hard to get a hold of someone who can help me. It's also tough to get things done because they have a long list of bureaucratic policies that they apply to every single customer, whether they make sense or not. Every time I call a big bank, I have to talk to a different representative and re-explain the issue and nobody I talk to has the authority to make decisions or go outside the bureaucracy to help me get things done. I have not experienced this with First Citrus. They make banking quick and easy and I feel that I have a professional relationship with two bankers who know me, know my business, and won't make me cut through massive amounts of red tape for no reason just because "it's the policy." My points of contact aren't just call center reps. They DO have the authority to help me cut through the red tape and they do a wonderful job of it. ~C

5 stars all the way!!! I have been here many times and the employees are so wonderful. They are trained well. They run amazing specials as well and every drink that we have ordered has been spectacular. My son even spilled my drink on the floor and the employee was most concerned about making me a new drink. How thoughtful!! Lavender lemonade and the pumpkin latte are awesome!!! ~Robin

This lender is absolutely horrendous. Never returned one phone call, not one, only would send emails....even though I specifically asked them too... AFTER I had "final approval" they kept asking for more and more documents that were never discussed, outside of a given list of required documents....incomplete apparently, where I actually incurred cost. As they kept moving the goal posts, my fear of losing the deal with the seller had me abandon this company in favor of my own financial institution...I had to pay a higher rate, but they did what these clowns didn't do in weeks, in a matter of an afternoon. Horrible service which warranted me contacting AOPA on my and other members behalves. The seller, also an AOPA member wrote a letter as well. If anyone ever asks me about my opinion of this company I would tell them I wish I had more thumbs to point in the "down" direction. ~Kevin

What is the point of a Bank? Apparently, it is not to hold your money and give you access to it when you need it. Went to 1915 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33607 for a withdrawal and was told by Ruben that "Sorry, we don't have enough money. You can wait or go to another branch." Wait how long I asked? "I don't know" Apparently, the manager agrees with this approach. #PNCBank Don't use a bank that treats you this way and won't give you your money when you need it! ~Russell

Have been working by phone with Dylan Pullara for the past few weeks on a wire transfer to move money to Tennessee for my new home. Dylan has gone above and beyond in assisting me with this process and transaction. He is polite, cheerful and extremely patient in dealing with all the details of this procedure.
