Terrible location. The ATM machine never works. Wanted to make a deposit and didn't work. This time you could do only withdrawal.

The worst customer service of a bank I've seen and experienced. No one in the bank and they have people waiting more then 15mins while they chit chat.. had to walk out!

I don’t recommend this bank overall not necessarily their service but more of the bank your signing up for. This is a bank that takes advantage of overdraft fees to make themselves money. They take out overdraft fees two weeks later from a time that was overdraft a week ago where it’s unplanned and unexpected instead of doing it right there and then. This then causes more overdraft fees since they are unexpected and delayed fees for something weeks back. Also not to mention they only waive fees once a year haha really? It’s not fair and it creates a horrible customer experience. Too many fees and rules. If your looking for a simple bank with great service TD is not the bank your are looking for.

As I am waiting for over 20 mins to speak with a manager due to the fact of being under staffed. I decided to post my experience. Welppp here we go😬 The staff is respectful and friendly. But the business itself is COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED. There are 6 tellers openings, only 1 person working. 1 person working drive through. 5 offices and only 2 people in them. I hope that SUMMED UP everything. Again very pleasant staff, but the overall experience 😣😖😫 TD BANK please hear me loud, clear and genuine. PLEASE HIRE STAFF FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE.

What has this area become? As I was driving around looking for an ATM late night, I see homeless people everywhere. I was about to park and use the ATM machine and a guy approached my vehicle. I wasn't going to stick around, I am sure he wanted some money. Homeless people sleeping on the side by the printing place, they are everywhere. I no longer feel safe here.

very nice people, from the moment i walked in, they helped me understand everything, love them =, i see myself with them for a long time. my only one complaint it the line that they have you call to set up the online banking, kept me on hold for a long time, but i know how that is, where i work there are time where i have to leave people on hold for a while, so i do understand. other then that love this place, im happy i choose them to bank with.

I love this bank. I've been with TD for years and wouldn't dream of going with anyone else. Calos and Roy are great and always greet me when I come in. The tellers are excellent too. All the branches are good but it seems like this one always go the extra mile. TD customer for life.

I went to the bank to clear up a issue I was concerned about, and after a conversation with Julio the bank manager the error was corrected immediately. He was professional and polite. I must admit part of the issue was my own doing. Nevertheless the bank is convenient and the hours are great. The staff is friendly and respectful.
