What is the point of a Bank? Apparently, it is not to hold your money and give you access to it when you need it. Went to 1915 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33607 for a withdrawal and was told by Ruben that "Sorry, we don't have enough money. You can wait or go to another branch." Wait how long I asked? "I don't know" Apparently, the manager agrees with this approach. #PNCBank Don't use a bank that treats you this way and won't give you your money when you need it!

I've been a customer for years and they have been giving me the run around for months trying to close an old unused account... I still have an active account I'm probably going to switch to another bank at this point. Call the branch "only the corporate office can close the account" sit on hold, get an attitude from the person and then told the branch lied and they can't do that... Good thing the months of calls and appointments are documented. I'm done jumping through hoops to close it. Let it go negative and I'll see you in court 🤷

Came in with a simple request for a notary to verify my identity using a passport. This request has been previously completed by a different notary at a different branch without a problem. This one claimed they "were not comfortable or qualified" to do exactly what a notary's job is. Bank elsewhere. Considering this is the only branch near me, I may switch banks.

I'm really never one to post reviews but I saw this locations comments and rating and was actually shook. The staff was SUPER friendly and INCREDIBLY helpful. I went in forgetting to make an appointment and they saw me almost immediately anyway (after I explained my situation) I wasn't able to get everything done in one day due to a messed up card printer but Colleen kept me informed and allowed me to come back the next day (also without an appointment) after I little waiting I was in and out thanks to Angel. The staff here is friendly and did everything they could to help me.

This bank is so slow. You cannot get a single thing done here in under 30 minutes. I spend hours here just attempting to do simple transactions. Never under 30 minutes. Even to cash a single check it’ll take 30-45.

Terrible I have a business account and I showed up at 9:00 am to withdraw 7k from my account I was told I needed to call 2 days in advance to get my money by the manager simply ridiculous!! How is they start the day with no money available? Changing banks as soon as possible!!!

To push "Virtual Wallet" down peoples throat, the indoor ATM on Sunday morning took my ATM card then immediately went "out of service" but never returned my card, Monday morning when I asked for my card back the banks agenda came up - about getting Virtual Wallet. That's the banks hustle to have people go card less, they have those ATM's take cards, and even when those ATM'S do work they usually don't take cash deposits - even the front glass door doesn't work - you have to manually pull it open . . .

This location is the most convenient for me. One of the things that brought me to PNC Bank is the convenience of their ATM's. This location CONSTANTLY doesn't have their ATM's working properly. It is very frustrating that they are constantly not working. Specifically, being able to deposit cash after hours or on the weekends.
