Food was great (wienerschnitzel's standards) but I have say there's a man in the front checkout with terrible customer service, he seemed annoyed when taking my order and when I asked him for condiments. It seemed like he didn't want to be there or he was overwhelmed by having to work with the headset and be at the front at the same time. In conclusion I would steer clear from the dining room so you don't have to deal with someone like him

(Photo is from another person's review is the Same man i hope it's ok that I used it) Food was good and all the staff were super polite and professional only 2 other people dining in as well......HOWEVER the manager Sam or Sammie was so extremely rude towards my husband and son whom went inside ahead of me. They ordered and then sat at a table but the sun was directly beaming in their eyes on every table window so my husband attempted to put the window shade down very gently thats when Sammie came rushing out of the kitchen door with a raised voice and aggressive tone telling him ," NO NO NO DO NOT TOUCH THAT!" my husband stopped and moved out of the way . No big deal he just thought ok, he must NOT want customers touching the shade he apologized and then the manager gets in his face and practically yelled at my husband "SIR YOUR WATERS ARE READY THE CASHIER HAS SAID IT TWICE NOW!" (he did not hear the cashier on a count of the managers raised voice) My husband not wanting to cause a bigger seen especially in front of our son he bit his tongue and walked away. BUT When I came inside I very calmly in a low voice let him have know what's up and how he shouldn't disrespect his customers . He of course played dumb . Drive-thru only Is highly recommended.

The food was good, but what sucked is my sister and I were on our way back from Fallbrook and on arrival we needed to use the restroom when we got there. Well I was happy to see 2 bathrooms right outside near the handicap parking spot I pulled into. (Yes I'm handicap) Now , we were hungry , and obviously ordering food when I asked to use the restroom, both were locked and I understand that , but when I asked for a key She replied "No, they are broken, plumbing issues" I NEEDED to pee after such a long ride from FALLBROOK @ around 6:00 pm Wednesday evening the 5th of October AND I REALLY WANTED TO WASH MY HANDS especially before I ate. Like I said before the food was great , fries were hot , food was quick. This location is right next to the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley , thank God the Sizzler was close by so I could wash my hands AND PEEEEEE !!!!!

Chili cheese dogs always great. Love the new lemonade. Getting a little bit more expensive but so is everything else. Besides there is no other place that serves hot dogs so I am happy that they are able to maintain their quality.

I bought a all-beef kraut dog combo with extra mustard, onions & a lemonade. I enjoyed my meal & the friendly cashier.

I enjoy eating at Wienerschnitzel once in awhile. I enjoy their desserts the best. Especially the dipped cones. Enjoy!

Never long lines because they are rude and disrespectful. I was there Friday, May 27 around 5 o’clock they were so rude I decided to just leave and go buy food elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve left that place because of their attitude. I will never go there again and I will make sure that none of my family and friends ever eat at this Wienerschnitzel

Haven't eaten Wienerschnitzel in over a decade & couldn't believe what I've been missing out on. The food was great and the staff was nice and friendly. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.
