Ordered burritos and another combo. First we were overcharged, was given a drink to accommodate,. Burritos were made with old rice that was hard, chicken was dry and hard, couldn't even finish the food except for the fries,. Rootbeer was mostly carbonation, Last time going to this location.

They customer service is horrible they always rude…..they always rushing you when it’s time to take order I really don’t like that place. Would had gave them no stars if I can!!!! On top of the that the food only fresh in the morning smh!!!!

Deserves 0 stars! Horrible experiences here!! From food tasting like CLEANING CHEMICALS! to sauce being CURDLED! milkshake being WATERY! Lack of customer service--refunded and RECHARGE for something else. Never mind the fact I had to come BACK up there TWICE because the line was horrendous the day of. I rather drive to a different one further away than spend another dollar there!

I Ordered chicken haberneo from this location and asked for extra sauce, even paid for the extra sauce, and I received my order with no extra sauce, this is the 3rd time this has happened, and can’t even tell me the price of my order before paying, this is unprofessional

After my experience with this del taco manager today, I was reminded why I don't visit this location. Of course my order wasn't made like I asked, so I called the store and was told by the guy who answered the phone that he was the manager. I asked several times his name, then he asked me my name and i gave him my name and he still refuse to tell me his name. He continued to say what's your issue very rudely so I decided not to deal with ignorance so I called corporate instead. He must have missed all his manager customer service courses. Manager, Team leads and employees please be mindful of how you want to be treated when your a customer.

The young lady working was all by herself on Xmas eve. Being the only restaurant open the volume of cars was intense. She was still courteous and apologetic about the wait, she deserves triple pay. My food was prepared perfectly as well. I wanted to park my car and help her, I just hope she is appreciated by her management. It's Xmas I can dream.😊

I wish they would have cooked my quesadilla a little bit more because I'm eating a cold quesadilla right now. It's always something here. Never been to a Dell taco with so many issues and almost never served breakfast too.
