Prices may be reasonable but a lot of product is missing or outdated. Aisles are cluttered with empty bins, product and carts. This store is a hazard to the public I'm surprised the county hasn't shut them down for all the violation they have. Missing tiles on the ceiling. Goodwill is organized better than this place and management is a joke. Customers has to use a squeeze toy to get assistance. How is this place even opened ~Breania

I had a wonderful experience at West Marine’s Tequesta location! It was my first time in the store and if you’ve ever been there before you know it can be pretty overwhelming. I also had my three-year-old daughter with an attention span of about 15 minutes. That said I wasn’t able to find an item. Not a big deal. However one of the sale associate JC went above and beyond to help me . He wasn’t able to find the item in the store but took my name and number told me he would follow up and that he did. I was so pleasantly surprise with the phone call. It might sounds silly but having excellent customer service should not go unnoticed. Thank you, JC ~M

Originally, I was excited t to have a convenience store/gas station near my new office in Tequesta. Unfortunately, they are the biggest thieves around. Not just the exorbitant prices but their lack of customer service Abd cavalier attitude toward their customers. It would not have cost them anything to refund the $63.00 item I purchased in the store and then wanted to cancel the sale as it is $40.00 everywhere else. That could have been handled quite differently very easily. I'll be going a bit out of the way to get my gas and other things at the Marathon on Indiantown where I have been spending several hundred dollars a week for the last 10 years. This station and store won't see any of it. I know it won't make or break them, but I will get a little satisfaction knowing that my money will be going back to a place that appreciates my business. ~gldnkngt

Every time the young lady rips me off a $1.00 on my breakfast sub the sub is $6.49 and she charges me $7.49 every time I ask her about the price and she goes to the tip jar and takes a dollar out and gives it to me three different times.Never I am sorry for ripping me off .Do not go there they are running a scam on the customer ~Ernest

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My experience with this service station exceeded all expectations. My 18 year old daughter mistakenly put diesel fuel in my Nissan Rogue. Needless to say this was not good for my car and AAA towed the car to Apex Garage on Saturday 7/27/19. I spend the next day and a half googling what the expense might be to fix this problem and the general range was between $400 - $2,600. This was bad as my wife and I did not have that kind of money to repair the car and we stressed for days. We I got to Apex on Monday morning I was greeted by Brian, the owner, who handled my barrage of questions calmly and within minutes I knew we totally lucked out because he was a true professional and we were not going to get screwed and over-charged. I am not a car guy and I essentially would have to accept whatever Apex told me, except if the cost was over $1,000 we just would not have been able to pay for the repairs. When Brian called a few hours later to tell me the cost was less that $400 I felt like we haD won the lottery! I CANNOT EXPRESS WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD WORKING WITH APEX GARAGE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE I KNOW FOR FOREVER! THANK YOU BRIAN!!! ~Russel

RIPPED OFF by Budget - LAX. Car rental one week. Had to park in a dirt lot at Apartment location we visited. Returned car clean - except for a few crumbs of dirt (on the floor mats) that could easily be vacuumed out in about 1 minute upon return or shaken off the removable mats (see photos that THEY sent to ME to justify charge). Was charged a $250 cleaning fee!!! (you read that right - 75% of the entire car rental charge!). Called and complained - they lowered it to $125. STILL a rip off. Watch out for Budget - they will steal your money - OR - travel with a hand vac??? ~Robyn

My name is Donna Caliguiri, I have to say that this Pharmacy is the BEST, that I have worked with throughout my life. I’ve been through 66 operations and I am always on some kind of medication. Lisa the pharmacist is so polite, accommodating, she makes sure that my prescriptions are always in stock. Again, Lisa and Karen are the BEST, that I’ve ever encountered. The entire store and staff are the BEST!!! I’ve been to several Walgreens in the Jupiter, PBG and throughout the Broward area’s, the others don’t even come close to comparing to The Beach Road Walgreens, Location!!!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great experience with a Walgreens pharmacist (Lisa)!!!!! I always look forward to coming in and being greeted by such beautiful, bright, cheerful, smiles and personalities😀 ~Donna
