Edit: So while Dunkin’ as a company is awesome, this location does not seem to have things together. I am on the road a lot and so I visit several locations each week for coffee or a quick breakfast on the go. This is the only location where there is problem with my order EVERY time. Today my pumpkin coffee has no pumpkin flavor, despite the label on the cup clearly indicating it should be included. Several times food from my mobile order was not ready when every other location is able to have it ready on time. This is not enough for me to stop coming but it is disappointing that the closest Dunkin’ also has the lowest reviews in the area. 🙁 This place has been making mornings and Monday’s tolerable for decades. Very good coffee, and they have other things as well, but it’s mostly about the coffee.

Employees were rude and refuse to serve me because of my gender and skin color. They proceeded to lock the doors and would not answer the drive-through.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve only ever written one other review in my life but these employees are some of the RUDEST I’ve ever encountered in my life. They forgot a donut in our order that my boyfriend payed for. Then the girl who was checking us out at the window proceeded to chew us out because my boyfriend had to transfer money from Apple Pay to his card because “we don’t take Apple Pay in the drive thru.” There was just no respect or politeness at all despite my boyfriend and I being nice the entire time we were there.

I never ever write bad reviews for customer service because sometimes people have bad days, but Jesus these employees were extremely rude. Not a huge Dunkin guy but definitely not coming back to this location.

I used the drive thru for a quick pick up. I was on my way back from a morning fishing trip and pulled in so I could surprise my neighbors kids and their Mom on Mother's Day. It was a quick line but to be expected, one item I wanted was sold out already. The staff was apologetic and very nice. All that sugar is not my thing but I would go back just to get donuts for friends, neighbors and employees that like them.

I really like this Dunkin’ Donuts but every time I get a medium cappuccino it is empty… it’s like less than half of the cup… and I really like this coffee

Always felt like they made coffee really well here but I felt astonished by how interrogative and offensive the drive thru intercom lady was to me. I have no desire in my life to pay money to have my day ruined.

I was sitting in the booth in the cubby at the store and I overheard the manager and other employee talking bad about other staff members. They also mentioned how annoying the customers are. I just left because that was rude and inconsiderate. I don't know if my food and drink were tampered with so I threw everything away. If they don't like their place of employment then they should quit. The manager is the worst one because instead of setting the example she's the first one in the drama. I don't know who hired her or any of these people. They are horrible and I will never in my life return to this location again.

It’s a nice Dunkin’ Donuts and seems relatively clean, but the service is lousy. I walked into this place on a Sunday afternoon and was literally the only customer. I stood at the register for about four minutes watching about five people working. Finally I spoke up and asked if they do not take orders from the inside. They looked at me like I was from another planet. Finally the manager came out and took my order with no apology, no personality and zero friendliness. I very much felt like I was disturbing them.
