Best gym in Alpharetta, Georgia (GA) 2024

I have been working out with Matthew at TRUE Fitness for over one year and it's been a great experience. I look forward to seeing what he has in store each morning and the class dynamic is very enjoyable. The workouts are always different and always challenging. Matthew provides instruction to modify exercises for people at various levels and/or to accommodate for those with injuries. I love that he provides workouts that can be done on your own when you can't make it to class. I appreciate that he has allowed me to bring guests visiting from out of town so they can get in a challenging workout while they are away from their routine. TRUE Fitness provides a great total body workout and it's truly never the same routine twice. I definitely recommend TRUE Fitness! ~Wendy

What can I say? I love this place! I found Jazzercise in 1997 when I was pregnant with my first child and fell in love with the program. In 2002 I became an instructor and there is nothing better than our members! The most loyal and dedicated are right here at Jazzercise in Alpharetta. Everyone will make you feel welcome from your very first steps in our doors. Give it a try! I know you will love it too! ~C

Dropped in here and was surprised how good the facilities were. All equipment was top notch. Had a great workout. Travis Mayer was coaching and he was great. ~M
