Best trailer rental service in Cartersville, Georgia (GA) 2024

The guy at the counter was rude and inconsiderate. Guaranteed rental scheduled weeks in advance and when we showed up nothing was available. Previous person hadn’t returned. When I first talked to them they said they couldn’t get in touch with the person, but after going to the store in person the story changed and they said they had talked with the person but they were still using it and couldn’t bring it back. The guy at the counter couldn’t have cared less and got and attitude saying they don’t have anything to rent. No apology, no offer to help in any way. Just stared at me with smug look and said it’s my problem and to take it up with corporate. Of course I did, but I will also will never be back and uhaul should be embarrassed to have such a Tool representing them. ~Daniel
