Best car rental agency in Columbus, Georgia (GA) 2024

Overall, pretty good experience. The young lady at the front desk was very prompt to get me the keys to a 2018 Nissan Rouge (with 31k miles) and overall super friendly. I ended up turning it in early and once again she was very helpful. The car itself was in decent shape and drove very well despite being a 4 year old rental car. It even had a funny cat sticker on the back placed by a previous renter I presume. The downside is that the interior of the car was rather dirty. Not AWFUL but definitely far from being clean. All it would’ve taken was a quick wipe down to get all the surfaces clean. I’ve unfortunately ran into this issue with Hertz before at different locations. Not sure what’s up with that. ~Taylor
