This is the worst bank. ~Annalia

Horrible customer service. I sent my deposit slip and spoke with the representative at the window. She asked the reason for my visit. I informed her that I was making a deposit. She said ok. I began to look at my phone and several minutes passed. I looked inside of the window and saw the person who was supposed to be assisting me assisting another customer in line inside of the bank. I had to wait until she finished assisting him for her to process my deposit. ~Ayanna
