Horrible customer service. I sent my deposit slip and spoke with the representative at the window. She asked the reason for my visit. I informed her that I was making a deposit. She said ok. I began to look at my phone and several minutes passed. I looked inside of the window and saw the person who was supposed to be assisting me assisting another customer in line inside of the bank. I had to wait until she finished assisting him for her to process my deposit.

I have NEVER had a better banker than Moses Kabia, the branch leader. He is personable, knowledgeable, efficient and makes my personal banking super easy. Recommend 1,000%. Highly recommend Cameron Race for business banking. Incredibly strong team at this branch!

Go to a credit union to open your accounts. Big banks like these make the bulk of their money on overdraft fees. They are incentivized to make sure they process your transactions in a way where you end up with an overdraft fee. They also charge a negative account fee regardless of the amount. Yes, if you are -.01, you will be charged a hefty fee. When I requested my account be closed, it was never closed. I have experienced more than negatives with this bank (now Truist) than could possibly list here. Don't even try to get customer service to understand. I'm ready for my relationship with this bank to be over as it should have been months ago when I requested my account be closed. You have been warned. Go to a credit union. Stop giving your money to big banks. This one is the worst I've ever dealt with. Yes, worse than BofA.

Went to the bank for a temporary card and the lady told me I need proof of address for a temporary card which is very weird since I’ve never needed it before so I decided to just withdraw the money. I gave ms.maam my identification card and social security card, yet she asked why was my signature different from when I opened my account 4 years ago as if signatures don’t change... Saying the bank was going to question it. Very weird and I hate this bank, respectfully. Please go to a credit union even BOA is a better option than this bs bank. 10/10 would not recommend.

I tried to email my bank, which I have done in the past, and always got something taken care of by email before. If the policy has changed that's fine. I work weird and long hours- that's why I emailed. I tried calling today an the phone would pick up but nobody answered- my phone has wifi an service. I need help because this resume.com keeps taking money out of my account and I tried going back on the app to cancel the payment (I only needed it for a day). Resume.com keeps taking money out of my account and I have tried email and calling to get help.

I don’t have an account here. I work for a fast food company and we get coins and change every other week. The crew members in the bb&t in conyers 138 are really rude and treat u really bad and my co workers. We understood the coin shortage and the drive t policy our customer have been affected by this. This bb&t bank is the nearest by us. They are never friendly and today they had coins and still giving us a hard time. Is there attitude they said they had coins and then when I went to ask they had a limit and the lady in the drive t said they were good

I came in to potentially get my EIN number due to me misplacing it within my stored files. I dealt with Miyoshi Brown. She was very rude, extremely impatient and had a demeaning attitude. Hard to believe she's the sr relationship banker. You all must do better.

All of the other branches in Conyers have closed except for this one. They also instituted a new policy in which I can’t deposit cash into my coworker’s account unless I’m on her account. Thankfully, she trusts me with her debit card. Imagine that! Yet the bank won’t trust me to put cash in her account. Anyways.... with the two other branches closed in the city, you would think that they would make sure that the ATM is services/emptied regularly.... you know... seeing as how it’s the only one local. However, this isn’t the case. I try every. Single. Wednesday. To deposit cash into her account via the ATM only to learn that it’s not taking cash/check deposits. This has been going on for MONTHS. It’s completely unacceptable and the exact opposite of convenient. Both my coworker and I have called the branch and customer service many times. We get the same standard issue response. “Sorry for the inconvenience” “We are working on it” “You’re welcome to try another ATM”, etc. This is beyond unacceptable.
