I reserved a car 2 weeks in advance, to be picked up at this Douglas location. The lady at this office called at the last minute (Day of trip!!!) to inform me they did not have any cars available. This is unprofessional, and very bad business practice. A complaint will also be filed with the BBB. They could have notified me before the day of the trip, and now I have to scramble to find a solution to get to my daughters college orientation. I will NEVER reserve a car with Enterprise again. ~MsMariaDale

I asked to use the bathroom and was told they didnot have one. I am 59 yrs old can u even guess how I felt. Thank goodness for Walmart. ~Barbara

Not a whole lot to choose from however canned vegetables and dinner mixes good selection and deals. Prices are low because no brand name items really a few brand names but not like regular grocery stores. Cereal good choices! I appreciate the savings on these items! Extremely nice cashier! The women in the store were not knowledgeable about the products customers needed assistance with. She had an attitude before I was able to ask my question. She then proceeded to tell me to go to their competition AUTO ZONE instead of trying to assist me. ~Tanya

Have been in many times. We have dropped off many items of value and they never make it to the sales floor. Either it is picked off by employees or transported to another store (if they do that). They have old clothes from the 70s and 80s, junk that people were going to throw in the trash but didn’t. I’ve yet to find anything worth making the trip into the doors. Maybe I’m wrong but with 5-7 donation drops, I’ve never seen anything make it into the store. ~Shawn

This restaurant is a great step above the one in Waycross. The representatives were courteous and extremely friendly and professional. Our orders were repeated back to ensure that our orders were correct. Quick service and the food was extremely warm and good. Will return again. ~Jonathan
