I have tried to rent a car from this location two times. Each time there are never any cars available. The agents will call back and say that I am on the list for the next available day and I will get a call and of course I don't get a call. This is a huge inconvenience as I need to rent for both business and personal use amd jave to scramble to find transportation. The employees that work at this location are liars and have terrible customer service.

I reserved a car 2 weeks in advance, to be picked up at this Douglas location. The lady at this office called at the last minute (Day of trip!!!) to inform me they did not have any cars available. This is unprofessional, and very bad business practice. A complaint will also be filed with the BBB. They could have notified me before the day of the trip, and now I have to scramble to find a solution to get to my daughters college orientation. I will NEVER reserve a car with Enterprise again.

One of the girls up there thinks that she’s the only one supposed to be talking and my mother and I had to cut her off because of how much she was speaking and not letting us FINISH our sentences! Plus, you most likely won’t get your deposit in your bank statement and will be told to contact your bank about it.

My "AMAZING" experience: I reserved a rental at least 10 days prior to the date that I needed it. I lined up when my car was being put in the shop and when I needed a rental. Simple enough, right? I was given a reservation time (3 pm) and what I would need in order to complete the rental process (drivers license and insurance card). I showed up and was told that they didn't have any cars. They were waiting to see if they had any returns that day. Really? I'm so thankful that I didn't have something like a trip planned or a job that was expecting me the next day. Why make a reservation if you couldn't honor it? They failed to check other local Enterprise locations for an available vehicle as well. This is unacceptable! I feel that I gave enough advanced notice so a vehicle could be secured for my reservation. I was not given the same courtesy in return so that I could make other arrangements. Thanks to Enterprise Rent-A-Car DOUGLAS, GA!!

Really friendly guy there. He was very knowledgeable seem to be working pretty hard by himself. The only reason this is getting four stars is not five is because of the companies lack of ability to keep cars there I had to drive the Waycross to get the rental.

I give this business a 5star rating. Very nice man that rented me a 2019 Nissan Maxima. While mine is getting repaired from a recent accident. If I could, I'd buy this car from here, because I like it alot. Its definitely an upgrade from my 2009 chevy malibu. Both cars are black. The only thing it doesnt have is a moon sunroof. But it has everything that is in todays technology for cars.

Learned today that my deposit that was suppose to be returned to me was taking away and also I was charged $17.94 for some other taxes and refueling expenses. When I returned the vehicle it had a half of a tank of gas. The customer service agents name is Austin Kilby. He has a nice nasty attitude. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone of my family members again.

They dont answer the phone in Douglas ga. I tried to get a car for three days. They did not have any available. My truck was being repaired and my insurance company was paying for the rental. Progressive insurance has always offered to pay for me a rental. But when you have no cars available, that doesn't help me a bit. I would not recommend this company as a reliable service to anyone.

I literally had a bigger suv but paid half the price , for the amount I spent at Enterprise I could’ve rented the vehicle for much longer from Hertz . Ridiculous difference.
